Uploading video question

when is the upload function ever gonna get fixed? always says "Upload page will be open in a few days."

also if I have vids that I do not own / randomly downloaded off the internet should I just upload them anyways and keep em up til I get a complaint? Cuz I got some awesome ones that I haven't seen on this site that I'm sure others would enjoy.
Anyone know the details on that? as in: sure, upload anything as long as no visible logos or copyright names, or i've uploaded a zillion vids and no probs, or def don't as I was contacted by this angry girls lawyer, etc etc

Also, when uploading, better to break up larger vids into smaller ones? or just upload 1 giant vid.



One other question, anyone else feel the vids on this site are loading slower than they used to?
