Your chances of being banned for nude mods.
You really can't get banned for nude mods, at least as far as I know.
These 'mods' are basically just skin-replacers that are explicitly client-side. I hadn't heard of anyone getting banned for them.
With these mods, you aren't removing or changing files.
Explained best with a 'sound' mod. Let's say the sound for casting a fireball is called "casting_fire_0". All WoW does is looks in it's data folder, and finds an audio file called casting_fire_0, and plays that.
If I make a folder in my WoW folder called "sound" that has the same file structure (same names for folders etc.) as the sound folder in that huge data file in the data folder, and I place a sound called "casting_fire_0" in that folder I made, WoW will play that sound instead.
So it's not replacing any skins or changing the game's files, it's just making WoW use the ones you added instead of its default ones. Having a "patched wow.exe" like what you get from Darknest or Azerothica is what lets you do that.

While you technically aren't removing or changing anything, you're still replacing the files when launching using a modified executable. Both of these things are actually against terms of use and service and will get you banned if you give explicit proof of their existence.
Now, all this happens client side, so there's no real way for the company to detect it. As long as you don't go running around in the game, talking about your patches, everything should be fine. I've been using patches in many games for 15 years + and I've never banned.
I guess the final advice is : just be smart !
The main reason why Blizzard would make any kind of push against changing textures is a reason like this: Back in Vanilla WoW, you could change the WSG flag into this weird ogre-crystal that you could see through walls, giving an unfair advantage in PVP.
And ultimately, you are not using a third program that affects WOW's files. The only "modified" file, really, is the wow.exe you use to have the nude stuff show.Should be fine.
If you use it you're not gonna get banned. If you stream and use it, maaaaaaaybe you'll get banned.
