Sitting thinking

I dont blog very often, but wondered how if anyone could tell me how easy it is to post a story and are there any guidelines that I have to follow?

Only rules are "No stories about underage persons, animal sex, rape, incest, shitting, pissing and other disgusting things
No stories stolen from other sites"
