ESTIM 101

I recently learned about erotic electrical stimulation, or “e-stimming.” As my wife is older now, e-stimming comes in handy to maintain sexual health, so to speak.

I started by using a TENS unit and some crude electrodes made from copper tubing or wire. Then I researched it a bit and found a lot of good info at SmartStim.com forum. I now use a homemade amplifier and electrodes.

If you want to know how to make a DIY estim amp, see the DIY video at http://naughtyelectrons.blogspot.com/2009/12/how-to-build-erotic-electro-stimulation.html?zx=537e4c8e3f509eba and join SmartStim.com forum for free e-stim audio patterns. It's the one I made, very inexpensive.

I hook up through my PC headphone jack, making sure not to have any other sound sources active, especially SYSTEM SOUNDS to avoid surprises.

I use non-lead silver plumber’s solder for electrodes bent to fit around my cock, balls, or behind the balls and cock next to the pubic bone. Be sure to use a lot of KY-type lube for good conduction and to avoid high-resistance ‘hit spots’ which can be painful.

There are commercial units and electrodes available. I purchased some conductive rubber tubing on-line and it was nice, buit after a while it lost it's conductivity. Now I stick with non-leaded plumber's solder of various diameters - too thin a diameter doesn't work well for me.

As long as you use enough lube, you do not have to shave the area to be e-stimmed, but shaving does make a difference, quite a good difference. Some people put electrode up their anus, but not me.

E-stimming is practiced by both men and women, as you will find out if you join the SmartStim forums.

I watch XH movies with sound off while stimming. Avoid touching the electrodes when they are electrified with your hands as you could send electricity between your hands across your chest – need I say more? Hours of solo enjoyment can be had, edging they call it.

Try it, you’ll like it!
