Today I was quite happy, I was allowed to cum.

But ...

I had to continue the stimulation after the orgasm for about 30s.

Thought It will be easy but actually it was very painful.

I can't describe correctly what I really felt but I am proud to achieved it. I have to do that again tomorrow.
