Question (non sexual topic)

So quick question for the guys who plays video games; so I have my best friend who is also my roommate saw this commercial on YouTube of a new Call of Duty (I believe it’s called modern ware fare 2) and I wanted to buy a game for him but thing is that it’s on a PlayStation and a Xbox so I need help on which is better than others.
