due to legal changes - people even in UK you have to have WRITTEN consent from people, whose image you have and has be for anything you make in the least public or post by internet or any part of the image also for that person privacy ie at time of taking image that person may have no problem with anyone worldwide seeing or did not consider that to be a problem - clearly people FAMILY/ FRIENDS AND WORK COLLEAGUES COULD SEE THAT IMAGE or on wide scale even use to BLACKMAIL OR COHEARSE someone into doing something they do not wish to - sorry general area - USA AMERICA similaiar and CANADA- dutch even have rules but under dutch law only - hope that help - could always ask website for reason slow reply and much short ## HAVE A DAY thank you for reading xx
