Twitter is f*cked

I tried making 2 new Twitter accounts and both got suspended immediately because it's "Violating our rules against evading permanent suspension." If anyone know how to create a new Twitter account without getting suspended please DM me.

Change browser.
Using VPN while create new account.
Change your twitter country location to other country. change time zone. change language. do anything to make twiiter think you are not the same person.

Because Twitter can track your ip and location. Twitter reserves the right to also permanently suspend any other account they believe the same account holder or entity
