hi, i'm from the u/k and got the ring from a u/k company called www.bodyjewelleryshop.com i'm pretty sure they would post to the u.s. as for how it compares to a rubber one! i would not know, this is the 1st ring i've purchased. was a bit awkard to put on at 1st, but with a bit of lube to slip your ball's in it get's easier.
