I did watch alot of TV in the 1970's! Just a bit of historical background, here in the UK we only had 3 TV channels in those days and only 4 national radio stations I think. So if you produced a TV show it got seen by a huge audience, 10, 15 or even 20 million people was not unusual. The TV channels had to put a good mixture of shows on: News, Comedy, Documentaries, Drama, Sport. Not always high brow, but decent enough. I loved watching and listening to these shows, so many happy memories from much simpler times. As I began to recall the 1970's, my list began to grow, so I decided to post in batches of 10.
