About Nadine: you should check out her early pics. She really got spectaculary bigger over the past years. Milena always more or less stayed the same, even with pregnancy.
1) Nadine is pregnant in this pic, so of course her belly is bigger
2) Milena has had a tummy tuck (surgery) to get rid of belly fat.
